As per Legislation of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the current Case Management rates are:

• Catastrophic Case Management: $109.24/hour
• Non-Catastrophic Task Assignment Management: $91.43/hour

Private Rate: $115.00/hour

• Private Nursing Assessment for In-Home and Attendant Care Needs
• Case Management Services
• Medical File and or Document Review and Summary
• Life Care Plans
• Future Care Cost Analysis and Critique of Future Care Cost Analysis.
• Other Independent Assessment Reports and Recommendations
